Not feeling so hot today? Head feel like it’s going to explode? It’s probably due to oak pollen season, which just got underway.
Dr. Paul Ratner touched on a topic that we try to stress year-round – make sure and regularly change the air filters in your home, ESPECIALLY if you suffer from allergies. As we move into the summer months, you’ll want to change your filter once a month.
