Being prepared for the summer heat in San Antonio is a must. If you don’t have the proper air conditioning system and resources you could be in a dangerous situation health wise. Heat is the number one weather-related killer. Heat can kill by pushing the human body beyond its limits. In extreme heat and high humidity situations, evaporation is slowed and the body must work extra hard to maintain a normal temperature.
Without a proper cooling system for the summer some of the effects of heat exhaustions can include: dehydration, dizziness, fainting, fatigue, headaches, and nausea. Champion AC wants to prepare you for when it will get into triple digits.
Now is the best time to prepare yourself, your friends and family for the summer weather. Technically the first day of summer won’t be until June 20, but in San Antonio the weather forecast will already be in the high 90s in the next month or so. The best way to make sure you will stay cool and healthy this summer is to invest in a proper air conditioning unit.
