A fourth-generation HVAC technician, Aaron has been in the AC business since he joined his father’s AC company in Wisconsin in 1994. He loves traveling and spending time at the coast with his wife and four children.
Highly skilled in sheet metal fabrication, Aaron has worked as a service technician, field supervisor, performance coach, and service manager. In 1994, Aaron started a 5-year union apprenticeship at Gateway Technical college in Racine, Wisconsin. He completed it in 1999 and became a journeyman HVAC technician. His education included blueprint schematic reading and design, system engineering and design, all types of welding, sheet metal fabrication, electrical controls, electrical trouble shooting, refrigeration and trouble-shooting. He received his NATE certification in 2009, and in 2010 he became NCI certified in airflow and duct design.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys coaching his kids in baseball and softball. He loves being in the stands and cheering his kids on at all of their games. When he isn’t watching sports, he stays active by playing in softball leagues with his wife.
