   Just like your car needs to get inspected yearly and its oil changed every couple of months, an HVAC system needs the same amount of TLC. Replace your filter once a month. You also need to schedule twice-yearly maintenance – once in the spring and again in the fall. Doing these things will keep your HVAC running smoother longer and will lower high-ticket costs down the road.
